Welcome to Ink Printz! By placing an order with us or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully — they help us keep things smooth, fair, and professional for everyone.

1. Orders & Approvals

All custom orders must be approved before production begins. This includes design proofs, shirt styles, colors, and quantities. We are not responsible for any errors that were approved by the customer during the proofing stage.

Once approved, all sales are final.

We begin production quickly, so changes or cancellations after approval may not be possible.

2. Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is typically 5–10 business days from final approval and payment. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

Turnaround may vary depending on item availability or large order sizes, but we’ll always communicate if there are delays.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before production starts unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit, cash, and digital payments (like Cash App, Zelle, etc.).

Invoices not paid on time may be subject to delay or cancellation.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are custom printed, we do not accept returns unless there is a mistake that is our fault (wrong sizes, incorrect print, defective items, etc.).

If something isn’t right, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We’ll review it and make it right if the issue falls under our responsibility.

5. Customer-Supplied Artwork or Items

If you provide your own artwork or garments, you agree that:

You have the right to use the design(s).You understand there's always a risk when printing on customer-supplied items.Ink Printz is not liable for damage to customer-supplied garments during the printing process.

We do our best to be careful, but custom garments are printed by hand and small variations can occur.

6. Design Ownership

All original artwork created by Ink Printz remains the property of Ink Printz unless otherwise agreed. You may purchase full rights to the artwork for an additional fee.

If you provide your own logo or design, you retain ownership of that content.

7. Color Matching & Print Variations

We try our best to match colors and sizing as closely as possible, but due to differences in screen displays, fabrics, and printing methods, exact color matches are not guaranteed

Slight print or garment variations may occur, especially with large orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ink Printz is not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

In the unlikely event of an error on our part, our liability is limited to replacing the affected items or refunding that portion of your order.

9. Privacy & Communication

By placing an order, you consent to us contacting you via phone, text, or email about your project. We will not share or sell your personal information. (See our Privacy Policy for more details.)
